Shipping Restrictions

Free shipping is available for select orders totaling over $89 (USD) before shipping. This applies to the lower 48 US States only. International orders and shipments to AK, HI and PR will incur shipping charges. Items with free shipping will be sent the most economical method available. If you need your item within a specific time frame, please choose an expedited shipping method.

Please note: Items with Free Shipping may not qualify for the Same Day Shipping Guarantee. Contact us if you have any special requirements for the order shipping same day, and we will try to accommodate you if possible.

Exlusions include:

• Items that weigh over 20lbs
• Items over 165 inches (419 cm) in length and girth combined
• Items over 108 inches (270 cm) in length
• Items with a large size-to-weight ratio
• Orders outside the continental U.S. (lower 48 states)
